Payments

You will be taken to PayPal to complete the payment using your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. You don’t need a PayPal account.

All prices are quoted in British pounds and are subject to change from time to time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Cancellations/Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of ordering. You may do so by emailing us using the contact form or in writing. In the case of your order already being dispatched we ask you to return your unopened and unused item(s) in its original packaging including a printout of our confirmation email.We kindly ask you to do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. Please notify us via email at littleheartgifts@aol.com  prior to returning items to us. Returns made without prior authorisation might be rejected.

We cannot be held responsible for non delivery of return goods.

Liability

Our liability for damages does not exceed the total invoiced cost of your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products variation in weight, colour, design, fragrance and packaging between batches for which we reserve the right to. However we aim to provide consistency and satisfaction. If You have any concerns or queries please let us know and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Orders & Liability

We will use all reasonable attempts to ensure that the goods displayed on the website under the Shop section are available. However we cannot guarantee availability. In the highly unlikely event of your order not being available we will notify you promptly via email.

Privacy

When you place an order with us we collect Personally Identifiable Information such as you name, email address, contact and billing information. We use these to deliver your order, process payments and to inform you about the status of your order. Credit card payment details are not retained on our site. All payments go through a secure server.

Except as stated in our Privacy Statement we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise retransmit any Personally Identifiable Information without your permission.
